Cancellation Policy: full refund for cancellations up to one week before reservation date. Cancellations 7-2 days before reservation date will receive refund less $25
Cancellations 2 days to date of reservation will be refunded half of deposit.
Cancellation day of reservation forfeits deposit of one night.

From I-5, drive west on Hwy 16. Exit Sedgwick, turn right. Continue on Sedgwick to Jackson. Left at light on Jackson. Right at light on Mile Hill. Left on Alaska. Right at stop sign on Madrone. Go down steep hill. Left at stop sign (Spring St/Beach Dr). Go 1/2 mile to Jessica Way. Left up hill (past cottage) to Little Clam Bay B&B.
From Port Orchard, drive east on Beach Drive (about 7 miles) to Jessica Way. Right on Jessica Way, up hill to Little Clam Bay B&B.
Park in upper paved driveway.
